    Yes. The Seald offer is simple, transparent and without commitment: you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Are there any cancellation fees?

    No. No fees will be charged.

  • What is the VAT rate?

  • Are installation costs included in the price?

    Yes. There is no installation fee. Major accounts have an offer adapted to their needs.

  • What are the payment methods ?

    For an annual subscription, we bill all at once with a payment period of 30 days. For a monthly subscription, an invoice will be sent to you monthly with a payment period of 30 days.

  • How can I get my invoice and billing history?

    We send you an invoice depending on the type of subscription when you subscribe to our services. If you wish to obtain your old invoices, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can send you what you need.

  • Can I add/remove a user at any time?

    Yes, it is possible to add / remove users to your dashboard with a request to contact@seald.io. The addition of a person will require an additional invoice that will be sent by email.
