Datenschutzrichtlinie

To find out more about how the entity using our Business solutions will use your personal data, we advise you to contact it directly as we act as a data processor only.

The sole purpose of this information document is to inform you of the ancillary use of certain data obtained by SEALD SAS, whose registered office is 13 Rue Georges Bizet, 78380 Bougival (France), in connection with our Business solutions and in our capacity as data controller. Data are processed for the sole purpose of our legitimate interest, namely to analyse and improve our services (business statistics, etc.). You may object to these uses (see paragraph below on how to exercise your rights).

In addition to the personal data you supply directly when using our solutions, we may obtain personal data indirectly, including:

  • Data concerning your identity and contact details, when you are the recipient of a message sent by a registered client;

  • Technical data, including information collected when you use our services, such as your IP address or login details.

Your data is intended for our internal use, but may be made available to our technical service providers ("data processors" in the sense of the regulations), for the strict needs of their mission. Technical measures and legal provisions are adopted for each subcontractor in order to ensure data protection in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular in the case of transfers outside the European Union by following the recommendations of the European Data Protection Supervisor of 10 November 2020.

Your data will be stored in an active database for one year maximum after the last login date to the corresponding client account. On expiry of that time period, your data will be stored as necessary, for a period that will not exceed the statutory limitation periods and will comply with the applicable storage obligations. The data will then be destroyed.

You have a right to access your personal data and a right to have them rectified when they are incorrect. In those cases and within those limits laid down in the regulations, you also have a right to object to the use of your data, a right to have certain data erased, a right to restrict their use, a right to data portability for transmission to a third party, and the right to determine what happens to your data after your death.

If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at the following address support@seald.io, and attach, where appropriate, proof of identity and any document justifying your request.

You may refer any unresolved issues to CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
